Sales Admin
Job Summary:
The Sales Admin is responsible for duties including but not limited to:
Assisting in general administrative processes for the Sales Departments. He/she helps in the overall day-to-day functioning of the Sales Department.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all Admin tasks, and general secretarial work of the sales department
• Receiving and distributing all incoming communications of the sales department (By Hand, Fax, Email, Fax...etc…
• Telephone Operator on the main Company Telephone lines in case of unavailability of the administrative assistant
• Conduct and coordinate all outgoing communications of the sales department (Tel, Fax, Email, etc…)
• Responsible for the filing system, keeping it in good standing order and updating it as frequent as required
• Prepare, Type, and proofread any document required by sales staff member, in English and Arabic
• Help the Sales team in tender/bid response preparation, and coordination, if needed
• Responsible for (sales staff & customers) bookings, reservations, and related arrangements, including attendance of Seminars, Events, Exhibitions, and Receptions in Egypt or elsewhere
• Creating and maintaining office documents such as, invoices, reports, data sheets
• Take minutes at meetings and distribute them
• Prepare documents & reports
• Maintain and update Customer related files: customer PO, original quote, PR, P&L, & contract files
• Maintain customer forecast (pipeline)
• Responsible for collection follow up with account receivable team
• Follow up with customers on expected PO & pending collections
• Building/Updating Salec sales unified formal documents (Salec company profile, Salec sales quote, presentations format, etc…)
• Help Sales Team in tender response (printing filling etc…)
• Handles general sales inbound calls & insure it is routed to the right Sales Person with clear follow up
• Perform other related tasks as required Qualifications & Skills:
• Basic computer knowledge, familiar with MS office tools and Internet
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Effective verbal and listening
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Very effective organizational skills
• Effective written communications skills
Educational Background:
• B.A./B.Sc. degree Professional Experience:
• 0-3 years experience in related business
